"They serve various kinds of teas as well as handmade dim sums. They also have 茶泡饭which is rare to find especially in a dim sum restaurant. It’s a modern twist tea house and dim sum place and I enjoyed the 擂茶(Thunder Tea Rice) so much. Loved their cold brew tea. Great environment to bring elderly."

"Second visit on 1/1/2026 – Enjoyed the lei cha noodles, dry noodles, and bitter gourd fish slice noodles. The teapot for 4 pax was charged at RM20 but came without a ceramic filter. As a result, the tea had a slightly harsh, astringent taste due to prolonged soaking of the tea leaves. Personally, I would prefer ordering single mugs with ceramic filters (RM5 per mug) to prevent the tea leaves from over-soaking. ————————-———————— First visit to The Landing restaurant on 27/12/2025. The warm timber-themed décor creates a cozy atmosphere. The egg tart, topped with cinnamon powder and featuring a crispy, multi-layered pastry, was absolutely delightful. The dim sum and noodles were fairly ordinary, but the tea is a must-try — whether cold-brewed or served hot in their signature ceramic ware with an integrated ceramic tea filter, which keeps it at the optimum temperature for quite some time."
